We love Snowy Range!! This is a fantastic place for kids and beginner skiers and snowboarders. We live in Fort Collins and love the drive. We’ve rarely been stuck in traffic and really haven’t run into much bad weather. The staff has been great each time we’ve gone, and helped us have a great experience. The food in the cafe is ok, but you can bring your own stuff too. Everything is right there, which is SO nice! Try and get there before 8:30am and you’ll get a great parking spot. There are multiple lifts and runs from a super easy green to blacks! The magic carpet for kids is great and ours have sometimes spent all day there learning. We highly recommend Snowy Range!

I had not skied and about 13 years and I decided to take the trek North into Wyoming and OMG I barely encountered any traffic which is nothing like trying to travel down i-70. Centennial is a cute little town but the skiing was top notch. I'm used to Midwest snow which is fake man-made snow over ice. And I never waited in a line, I never shared a chairlift with anybody. Everybody was very friendly I even helped a guy out that took a bad crash and helped ski patrol get to him within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place because the all day pass is $50-60 compared to any front range ski area you'll be looking at at least double. There runs are very nice the longest one is just over a mile. The chairlifts are fast most of the time.
