Great Wolf Lodge, Centralia

We stayed at your hotel in Grand Mound, WA last week and it was incredible. What amazed me the most was the staff. I don't know how you got 100% (every staff member I met) of your staff to be so great. Every time my kids and I got off the ride they greeted us with a smile and asked if we had fun (or some other polite phrase). One of the staff members my kids and I thought was extra great was a kid name Reece. Again, everyone was outstanding, but he seemed to be enjoying his job just a little bit extra. This place was wonderful!! Despite the high prices of food and drinks, some of the wand quest things were not working properly. All the staff was amazing and made the trip one to remember :) definitely recommend getting a pass to do all the fun stuff, it's worth the price of not doing everything individually and definitely recommend doing the trail blazer challenge, it's free and you get a cool bag of goodies if you complete it :) I think we're going to make this place our new annual family trip destination :)
