  • Interesting property. We had a very thorough and captivating tour. Our guide was quite knowledgeable and we had plenty of time to enjoy this small but interesting home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. We walked down to the scenic overlook which was breathtaking with the fog on the overcast day. The snack bar in the Visitors Center was an unexpected treat. We enjoyed ice cream made at the original owner's dairy. Lovely gift shop.
  • Very unique Frank Lloyd Wright house. This was a good introduction to Frank Lloyd Wright's architecture. If you don't know much about Frank Lloyd Wright it is a good idea to see this house before you see Fallingwater. It will help you understand his architectural concepts and principles. Only two right angles in the entire house! Interesting use of hexagon windows in the house. Beautiful surroundings. Very nice view outside the house overlooking nearby mountains. Nice nature trail outside the house. Tour guide was helpful and knowledgeable. Very easy to stop by and see. Current owner has some interesting artwork and historical artifacts in the house. Gift shop was very good. Well worth a look.
