This is a very nice Tennessee State Park and campground which is exceptionally well setup for tenters and RVs. We stayed three nights in the RV section with electric and water hookups. The campsites are nicely separated and shaded. The park has a golf course, large swimming pool and restaurant (only open Friday - Sunday). Highly recommend taking the 5 mile guided kayak trip on the Duck River which passes by the park. The paddle trip is quite scenic with rocky bluffs offering a quiet and beautiful oasis only an hour south of Nashville.

Love this quiet spot. Really close to other campers trough. They have a sand out and play set for kids! 😍 So pretty and close to hunting. Easy access to hiking and fishing. Convenient store and horse pasture are a bonus! Really close quarters to other campers though. It's a no walls environment. S-M-A-L-L! If you have a rowdy bunch or want to feel more remote as far as tent camping, this is not it. Great for one nighters with small children or camping to hunt at the state park nearby.
