  • What a great way to tour the city and learn about its rich culture. The tour guides are highly qualified, being teachings of history in local schools or colleges, and brought their love of history...  more »
  • Had a great time on the 10:00 AM tour. Eric was our guide and Rocky was our horse. He was very knowledgeable and added humor to his stories.  more »

  • My husband and I took a carriage ride with Matthew and Chief yesterday. What a great time we had. Chief is such a sweet and funny horse. And Matthew was a terrific guide. Very knowledgeable and such a fun personality. Would highly recommend this place. Just one suggestion for all the horse and carriage companies in Charleston. Quit stuffing people on the carriages like sardines. People should not have to sit touching strangers. And some people take up lots of room. Should allow a bench for each couple or family. Don’t make it about money and how many you can get in a carriage.
  • Had a great time with my wife. Don- the horse took us around for a ride. They were punctual, friendly and polite. Allowed us to take pictures with the horse and carriage. The ride takes about an hour and not to miss when you visit the place. Advance booking not required. Waiting time you can avoid by strolling around or doing some shopping in the market nearby.
