  • Almost has a Disneyland like vibe. Perfection of a happy living environment. This is said from one who grew up in Pacific Palisades and Santa Barbara CA. This part of the South is a gem of perfection.
  • This place is stunning .The average home here is $750,000 plus with many homes in the millions. The entire island was once owned by multi-millionaire Harry Guggenheim. There are many beautiful parks, hiking and biking trails. The scenic, saltwater Wando River is excellent for boating and hiking and it is located only 15 minutes to Charleston. There are many top restaurants and a Publix supermarket. The houses are beautiful here and very well maintained in this posh, very clean upscale community. There is also Bishop England high school which is voted one of the best in the state of SC. A place for the well -healed to enjoy a luxury, outdoor lifestyle.
