Did the ghost tour at 930 pm. Interesting tour and very informative. Different stories than what I've heard on other tours. Shannon was a great tour guide for us. 90 minute tour that I thought was of value.

Greg is a good story teller and the tour was longer than expected (bonus). Charleston has a ton of history and ghost stories. We had our 8, 10 and 13 year olds with us and they enjoyed it. Our tour started at 7:30 and it was dark by the end finishing in the spooky Unitarian Graveyard. The dusk start made it possible to see the bats flittering over the circular church. If looking for a freightening tour, be aware these are stories of benevolent ghosts so you likely won't be frightened, unless you are a particularly anxious person. There is a decent amount of history intertwined with the stories. Do wear ample bug spray (provided by the tour group at the start if you forget). I didn't notice the no-see-ums / sand-fleas until the final graveyard stop. In short, interesting way to spend the evening and learn about an old and colorful city.
