  • It was underwhelming compared with other botanical gardens. The greenhouse was ok and the gardens was like a hike in a park. It only took an hour to get through and I was thorough. It’s quite a bit...

  • Really enjoyed walking around the two gardens. One section is natives and the other is Japanese themed. Both are beautiful. I am also a birder and it did not disappoint. Not wheelchair or stroller friendly. The first hill is gravel and fairly steep. Paths are narrow and large tree roots stick out. So, more of a walk through the woods than a curated formal garden... which is fine by me. No bathrooms or water fountains that I could see, so I went to the food court on campus since I was walking.
  • This is a great little stop. We have two kids and Great Wolf Lodge wasn't quite open yet, so we popped over here, saw some weird plants, and headed back. It's free, so you don't feel bad about spending a little or a lot of time there. My 3 & 6 year old enjoyed it. It's not very big.
