Daily beach yoga classes taught by Kripalu Yoga teacher, Jennifra Norton, RYT.
No pre-registration. Beginners are welcome & encouraged. Movement is slow, focus is on breath & safe alignment. The class is held on soft sand. Each class ends with savasana, time for relaxation. Kripalu yoga on the beach will strengthen your body, calm your mind, reduce stress and provide an opportunity for improving your health.
Classes are cancelled on rainy days but we do practice in the Chatham fog.

What a lovely beach yoga experience we had with Chatham Lighthouse Beach Yoga today! Jennifer was kind, funny, generous, educational and led a beautiful practice on our private beach. Most of us are yoga beginners and one of us is pregnant and she designed a personal and appropriate experience for us. She taught us about each pose, helped us be gentle and forgiving to our bodies and spirit and made us laugh. It was an awesome experience for all of us, it was affordable and I would highly recommend reaching out to her for a lovely, personal experience. 🧘♀️
