  • Great visitor. Super helpful people. The 1 hour tour doesn’t cover as much track as you might think, but it’s clear on the map when you walk in. Great history during the tour. We especially enjoyed...  more »
  • We enjoyed this trip thoroughly. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were very sanitary and enforced social distancing and face masks respectfully.  more »

  • We took our kids here for a train ride. Very nice! The staff inside the train station were very helpful. They have a little restaurant and gift shop inside to enjoy while you wait on your train to depart. Very affordable train rides!
  • I wanted to do something special for my 7 year old daughter while we were in town visiting family for Christmas. We did the North Pole Express train ride. I have to say I was very disappointed with the experience. It cost $270 for the 7 of us which now knowing what you get, was a huge rip off. The cookies were Little Debbie gingerbread and the drink was a semi-warm chocolate milk which I'm not even sure was safe to drink. The train goes through a run down industrial area with very few Christmas lights. The "North Pole" is a warehouse with a few lights on it. The only highlight was the guy playing Santa Clause. He did a good job of engaging with the kids and families. This train ride experience could be absolutely amazing if the owners would put some money into it and make it special. We won't be going back and I cannot recommend anyone else go either.
