  • The museum flows so well. They do a great job of sending you back in time to learn about such an amazing culture. My wife is part Cherokee so learning about her heritage and history was always intriguing. Well done.
  • The museum needs a little love and maintenance, but if more people visit it can have it. It is very important for Cherokee people to tell their own story and they do in this museum. It is not a huge museum but gives an overview of the history of the Cherokee people. It covers culture, history and folklore. It honestly considers Cherokee politics of the 1830s. One topic it could cover better would be Cherokee involvement in slavery and the Cherokee Freedmen. I really appreciated learning more about the Cherokee in their own voice and I hope the museum gets the love it deserves and even expands and adds greater depth. The Cherokee, like all indigenous Americans, are entitled to it.
