  • Absolutely loved walking along the stream and in the Bamboo forest. There were many benches to picnic on or to just enjoy nature. Many affordable motels are dotted around the area which makes for a serene couple of days' stay. The park is just a few kilometres drive away from great views off the Great Smoky Mountains trail. Definitely worth a stopover for a day or two, if you're driving from Washington DC to Atlanta.
  • This is a beloved spot for our family to go visit. We love to go visit & collect the beautiful rocks to bring back and add to our collection that allign our pathway at our home. We always climb on the rocks & sit on them in the middle of the water for awhile. It is so beautiful & peaceful, you can even see fish and Mommy and Baby ducks. We also watch the Indians sometimes when we go. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED THIS AS A FAMILY GETAWAY!!!
