We got there just before closing and was not rushed to close doors. Very friendly folks. I wanted some bags of their milled white grits and also picked up some salsas. Has gift shop with non milled..... more

While on a road trip from Fort Collins Colorado to Key West & back in March 2022 we spent a few nights in Cherokee. We came across this gift shop. It has a unique waterwheel that runs their flour mill inside the shop. Very interesting. And there are some great gifts and fun decorations. My wife found a nice rain jacket at a very reasonable price.

This is a cute and quaint shop. I liked the layout and the items offered at this shop. I love how the building is 2-story- there is a lot more to see upstairs. (I loved how it’s Christmas all year round upstairs haha.) The only issue I have is that I wish the shop employees were more engaging with us customers. Overall, I enjoyed this visit.
