Big Boy Steam Engine reviews
They say only 8 of 25 Big Boys built are still around. Heck, I saw 27 on this trip alone and I wasn’t even looking for them. I have one in my backyard. Not in my area backyard, my actual backyard. I stole it, borrowed it, Engine #4999. Logistics were a little tricky, but I was determined to make it work. Don’t tell Union Pacific, cause I’m not giving it back. Neat train display in a mediocre park. My display is better. 🚂🚂🚂🚂
Very cool to be able to see one of the eight remaining largest steam engines ever built. It is stored in a beautiful a park in Cheyenne. There's not much you can do other than look at the fenced in train and read about the Big Boy on a board, but still definitely worth visiting if you are in the area.
