Architectural Artifacts is located within Chicago's historic Ravenswood neighborhood. Ravenswood Avenue itself is still a true center of creative productivity. Steel fabricators, record labels, letterpress and silkscreen printers, a pottery school, etc. are all found here in our slice of the city.
Our two large, quintessentially 'Chicago: the City that Works." Our north building was the home to a manufacturer of needles for several decades, and you can bet that our south building was also home to some kind of activity involving burly men, large machinery and probably a fair amount of dirt.
Our recently built, four-story Atrium, perfectly ties together our two old buildings, while serving as a brilliant light source, circulation hub and alluring events space. Please visit www.atriumeventschicago.com for more information.
Hours: Monday - Sunday 10:00 am - 5:00pm
Public Transit: BY TRAIN: we are one block east from the Montrose stop on the CTA Brown Line and 4 blocks south of the Lawrence Avenue stop on the Metra Line.
DRIVING: We are on the east side of the Metra tracks. On this side, Ravenswood it is a one-way street heading north. So you will have to travel north from Irving Park (4000 N.) or Berteau (4300 N.). Go a block and a half north of Berteau and you are there. Free angled parking is available of both sides of the street.
