  My friend & I were visiting Chicago for 1st time & very tired from all the walking. Saw a deal for Balance spa & called to see if they had availability in the next two days. They did and even priced.....  more »

  Ok, so I was 15 minutes late; one sign in the elevator said spa on floor 5, but theirs no floor 5 button to push, then an obscure sign that you can barely see said to get off on the 4th...  more »

  I was in town while my husband was attending a conference. I had a short time frame to book an appointment and they were very accommodating. I have to give Martha many thanks for an amazing facial. Really enjoyed my experience at the spa. I did use the facilities on the above floor for steam room. The spa contacted the gym services and everyone was very nice and made it simple and very relaxing for me. I will definitely use them again.
