Very personal experience with the performers, the space has great energy. Been for many a wild show and fun night, downstairs smart bar has decent dance music. more »

Small, older venue that is an established part of Chicago’s heart. Cozy layout. The bathrooms are a bit too snug though I don’t like having to turn sideways to get out of the toilet. more »

Love the fact that the metro is always open to all sorts of things. I just saw part of the high school poetry competition called louder than a bomb. It was amazing. There are still a few more days left to this. If you can find a way to go and you love poetry it is really a fabulous event.

Great size venue. Not too big but still has a good bar, coat check, etc. They have a really friendly + efficient staff. The bar is cash only but there is an ATM next to the bar. They had fans going and kept it surprisingly cool!
