Willow Creek Chicago, Chicago

Attended the GLS at Willow Creek this past weekend. Great facility and loving people serving there. Especially challenging with some recent drama but they all handled it well and were extremely gracious and helpful.

I love willow. I love that it's held in the theater. Something about those stunning gold ceilings doesn't let you forget to be in awe. The worship music is wonderful, powerful, and changing. I think it touches a wide range of people and interests. This is an insanely welcoming place, where everyone has a genuine smile, with a variety of classes and groups outside of worship. A very diverse community, as well, which feels very global and real to me. I enjoy the teachings each week. They relate well to the world we have to deal with for the rest of the week, after we leave the service. I usually leave with something that sticks with me each day. I think that's important. They're doing they're job well.
