  • Beautiful - mountain sized murals! The road up is quite an adventure and the location is awesome. Worth every dusty mile to see! And don't forget to visit Chloride and pick up a cold soda and a souvenir!
  • Two locations to get to windy point campground with awsome views. Go through chloride for the pictures painted on the rocks, but the road is way to ruff and rocky, you can go that way but it's to far to fight rocks and to actually get to the top so what you do is go back out to the 95 highway turn right and go1/2 mile further is big wash road. Take it 11 miles to the top and on the top are several campgrounds and they are all free. Great hiking trails to the peak of mountain. And other fun things to do.
