Every Farmhouse has a story.

Ours is a little different. It began in the storm cellar of a home built in 1924 where a stainless steel kettle and a family's dedication formed the cornerstone of Mt. Carmel Brewing Company. Established in 2005, Mt. Carmel reestablished Cincinnati's brewing frontier. Today, our extended family of brewers and neighbors continues to push it forward. We invite you to become a part of the Mt. Carmel story.
Mt. Carmel Brewing Company is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our , world travel planner Edition.

  • Visited for the first time. We arrived around 1PM, the place wasn't very busy, we were seated immediately. They have an upstairs seating area that is nice for parties. Ordered an amber ale, pretzel sticks, cheeseburger, and a black bean burger. Service was ok. The amber ale was a little bitter in my opinion. No kids menu.
  • 1st time visitors to Mt. Carmel tonight. We had the pretzels and cheese for an appetizer and a cold Teds Amber Ale. Dinner was a Bistro Burger for me and wife had the Grilled Cheese and we split an order of truffle fries. We really enjoyed the dinner and the ambiance of the restaurant. But what made it a 5 ⭐️ versus a 4 was the waitress. Being new we had lots of questions and she was super nice and answered them all… we’ll be back.
