  • The museum, itself, is not very exciting though the original facade is really cool. However, they have an extensive collection of Boehm, (prononced Beem), works which are to die for. The regular...  more »
  • Customs House is a great way to spend a couple of hours. Great train set up. Artifacts and stories from early in our history. Nice gift shop. Centrally located with good eats near by.  more »

  • What a great museum! There is literally something for all ages. It is quite large in comparison of the outside. My personal favorite was the train exhibit ❤️ the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. One exhibit that sticks out in my mind was a picture from the major flood they had, its a picture from College St (I think) and there is a building that is half submerged in water. Today that building holds a very tasty cheesecake shop. Very cool! The admission is very inexpensive and parking can be limited but is free if your able to get into their lot. I highly recommend the Customs House!!
  • It is a very good place for family with kids.I took my 4 years old son to here and he enjoyed his time in playing Lego and bubbles. The second Saturday of each month is free to public and at weekend we don't need to worry about parking space. The staff are very nice.I appreciated their patience to us. I purchased the solo membership with only 25 dollars a year so we can visit there without admission fee every time . I am glad that I found this wonderful place in downtown.
