Babyland General Hospital is the "birthplace" of the Cabbage Patch Kids located in Cleveland, Georgia. Xavier Roberts converted an old clinic into a facility from which to sell his dolls, originally called "Little People." It is presented as a birthing, nursery, and adoption center for premium Cabbage Patch Kids. Although the fad surrounding the dolls has largely died down, it is still heavily trafficked by diehard fans and curiosity seekers.Plan to visit BabyLand General Hospital during your Cleveland vacation using our convenient Cleveland travel route planner.

Very first visit here and loved it. My granddaughter had a wonderful time seeing all the different dolls and animals. She especially loved the dogs that were hanging around on the floor. 🙂 This is a wonderful place o take your child. All of the decor, different dolls dressed in all different outfits, showing different races was just amazing. I loved being there with my family ( grandsugar).

It was a fun experience for my daughter. Even though there were signs everywhere saying masks are required, we were able to walk around without them, and the staff was fine with it. The baby "delivery" was a blast for my 6-year-old to see. It's wonderful that admission is free; however, the dolls start around $50, and if you want a handmade one that is birthed, you will be looking at $260+. Which explains why admission is free. You are definitely paying for the experience. But honestly, we walked out with an exclusive baby, out and all, and birth certificate for $80 and a priceless memory made with my daughter so it was well worth it ❤
