  • Good place to stop for gas, food, souvenirs and walking into Buffalo Bills Hunting Lodge. Last place for fuel before entering YNP but there is fuel available in the Park at several locations.  more »

  • Amazing history here! Buffalo Bill Cody opened the original lodge in 1904 (still standing). Service is very friendly (hats off to Rhett, who really helped us out). The food at the lodge is quite good. I recommend the Elk Medallions. Rooms are small, with no TV or cell service, but perfect for quiet rest.
  • Stayed there for a night before Yellowstone and loved it! The room was small with two queen beds, but had everything we needed. For breakfast, we ate at the restaurant and it was delicious. I definitely recommend! I will be coming back!!
