Great experience all around. The staff was super helpful, and their knowledge of the lake made it very easy for us to get around and do everything we wanted to. Picking up and dropping off the equipment was easy. Best of all, the equipment all worked perfectly, so all of our time was spent having fun. Great day on the lake was had by all.

1/2 day on Lake Coeur d'alene. Good experience. We called last minute on the morning of a hot summer day and had no issues with making a same day reservation. The receptionist was polite and helpful and explained everything thoroughly. They met us at the 3rd street boat ramp and the boat was already in the water before we arrived. Signing all the paperwork was a easy and we were off. The owner even gave us 15 mins of extra time since he was slightly delayed in our conversation while he was helping another customer. It was no big deal, but just a nice gesture. The pick-up crew was staged and waiting for our arrival and we had no issues with dropping off either. In all it was a great experience and my family family had a fun day. Also, not being an avid boater, or even a very proficient captain at all for that matter, I liked that the boat we rented wasn't a shiny $80k wake machine. It cost us $360 for a half day and a float tube was included. Gas cost $80 to fill up at the end of the day too (about 1/4 tank).
