  • The mansion is on display almost daily. It shows the local history nicely. It is well preserved and not modernized.  more »
  • would have given this gorgeous place 5 stars, had it not been for the awkward tour times. When I called I was told to show up 15 minutes early, at 2:45 pm. The tour guides did not show up until 3pm. I will note too, tours are Monday through Friday 1-3pm. You have to show up at the exact time or they will not let you in. Other than that the tour was wonderful. Such a captivating piece of history to enjoy. The browns were an innovative family, and knew how to live lavishly. I recommend this to anyone visiting the town of coffeyville.
  • I was at the Brown Mansion for a wedding and the host was very hospitable. She handled all the craziness of the wedding party and guests with a glad and gentle spirit. The mansion and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I encourage people to take a tour or consider it for a venue.
