The Museum is located at the intersection of Poplar Avenue and North Main Street just off the Town Square.

Mr. Morgan Morton and his family gifted the building and grounds of the Museum to the Town of Collierville in 2008. After almost 4 years of fundraising and volunteerism by Collierville residents, the Museum opened in 2012. Then continue your visit by strolling down Main Street, where you'll be greeted by a Rockwellian Scene: a beautifully landscaped Town Square with gazebo, one-of-a-kind boutique shops and dining experiences, and a historic train depot. • As a museum, it's way too small to have much value. It makes a nice enough venue, though. Had I grown up here, I suppose the building would have more significance to me. And maybe that would increase its appeal. So I'd say it's about average. (Thus 3 stars)
  • Very nice train event at local museum. Great location!
