Excellent location to launch your boat. Monroe Bay is calm and it's a 2-min ride around the point into the Potomac River, then on to the Chesapeake Bay. Reasonably priced.

We boated down from DC for Labor Day weekend and it was a great spot for the weekend! Eddie, the owner, is great and helped with any questions! We will stay there again in the future!

Great place to stay at. We came up over 4th of July weekend with our Yacht Club. We had about 13 boats stay. Ed and brother were wonderfully accommodating. We had a wonderful trip. Bonus that the mexican restaurant makes great margaritas.
