We visited and had a tour with just ourselves. The guide was informative, enthusiastic and friendly. We loved the history and the house itself.

I tour a lot of historical homes and this was one of my favorites. My guide was super knowledgeable and friendly, and the house is beautiful with a lot of interesting architectural details. So many fun facts and really cool history in this house. The house is two floors and there are original objects throughout which each have a unique story. Bonus is that it also complemented the Pioneer's Museum really well. Seeing the house first really brought to life a lot of the names and places you can find in the Pioneer's museum. Plus if you are looking to explore downtown Co Springs, this place is in a great spot to start, with coffee, food, shops, within a few blocks. It was my first time exploring this part of the Springs and the McAllister House was the highlight. 10/10 highly recommend!!
