Pine Valley Ranch Park, Pine

Clean, clearly marked paths. Shade covered areas for sunny warm days. Plenty of open spots for the opportunistic fisherman. Plenty of wildlife and landscapes for the keen eyed photographer. Such clear cold waters for those who curiously touch everything. Quite the place to enjoy a lunch and a casual walk. It is a marvel to just sit back and enjoy the details or simply the sounds of waters muffling out everything else.

Don't tell your city friends about this park! It's a real gem. From the parking lot, there are a half dozen nice trails, though we prefer going downstream. The trail along the river goes about one mile upstream and one mile downstream before you hit private property. There is also a nice large picnic area near the parking lot.
