Higley Flow State Park is a 1115acre state park located in the township of Colton in St. Lawrence County, New York, United States. The park is located on Higley Flow and Warm Creek Flow, both of which were formed by the impoundment of the Raquette River.
Higley Flow State Park offers a sandy beach on Higley Flow with shower facilities and a lifeguard, picnic tables and pavilions, a playground, hiking, a nature trail, recreation programs, a boat launch, fishing, a campground with tent and trailer sites, and seasonal deer hunting. In the winter, volunteers help convert and maintain over of trails for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.
The Higley Trails Lodge opened in January 2014 after being constructed using a $60,000 grant from the North Country Regional Economic Development Council. The building includes a large gathering space and heated bathrooms.
A severe ice storm in December 2013 forced the temporary closure of the park while crews removed downed limbs, trees and debris. A similar, slightly more damaging storm also impacted the park in 1998.

Very nice park. Lot for every size RV. Wooded lots,so if you like a more secluded camping experience Higley is for you. Nice park for walking and spotting wildlife and birds. Wide paved loops. This park is clean and we'll maintained. With most up to date bath houses being completed as I write this. We were there a week ago every bath house nearly completed. Can't wait yo ho back and see them.
It would have been nice if they would have told us that the bathroom we made sure to book near was under construction and offered us a different site. Awoken at 6:00 every morning by nail guns, tile saws, and cement trucks backing up. The manager is utterly useless, and doesn't know how to do anything but hide, duck questions, and pass the buck. I pity the (rude) kids working there on their summer jobs having to deal with that guy daily. But hey, the beach is lovely!
