The customer service at Cooperstown Baseball Bats was fantastic. Sawyer helped us today, and he made the shopping experience fun and pain-free. It’s clear Sawyer knows Cooperstown Baseball Bats products well and he also knows baseball. With his expert help, we were able to knock out six holiday gifts in one shop. He helped me avoid buying the wrong product and size TWICE, and he helped us create a beautiful custom bat. I know you can get other bats personalized in town, but I highly doubt you’ll receive the same customer service. Thanks, Sawyer.

Visited factory first with my wife (she surprised me with a tour) and then had a bat made to commemorate our visit at their store on Main St. It’s my second bat (first was an autographed player stat bat) and both a great. Great quality and service.
