  • Beautiful State Park. They do charge a $7 fee to enter the park but the visit was well worth the fee charge. They have picnic tables and grills as well as a man-made beach with a roped off swimming area and life guard on duty. There is a small concession building but it appeared their offerings were most snack items. There are also camp sites available for extended stays.
  • This place is so beautiful with many activities available. You can go hiking, biking, kayaking bicycle riding, and so much more. You're also very close to Cooper Town and the baseball Hall of Fame. There is also a large boat launch to give you access to the nearby lake. This is where all the locals go to get away from it all, I was the only person that is from out of state. If you are handicapped, there's great access for the bathrooms. You have a private bathroom with a shower with a ramp. The campground is a ways off the main highways but worth it
