Alfredo is the best diving instructor ever, patient, professional, and particularly good with kids. My 15 year old Nephew felt very comfortable and safe while Alfredo was teaching our Open Water Class. My salesman is Josef, a very knowledgeable young man who suggests rather than sells, no pressure, good information, lots of choices. All in all, Divers Direct is the place to go for anything DIVING. Thanks for great service ! I've spent close to $6000 on equipment for 2, and it was all money well spent !!!!

Last night I went to Divers Direct and had one of the most pleasurable customer service experiences ever. Joseph was EXTREMELY helpful in assisting me with filling my tank as well as introducing me to Freddy who took some time with me to share some insight about my brand new spear gun. As a business owner I can attest that your team is what makes your business and these 2 individuals are definitely assets to Divers Direct. Joseph was so kind that I went ahead and purchased a fill card for future air. Definitely would recommend visiting this store - Amazing Staff
