Our Story

We are olive farmers nestled in the rural community of Corning in the Sacramento Valley. Our town is known as “The Olive City,” and has some of the oldest olive trees in California. Many of these century-old trees continue to flourish in our orchards, and today we have new acreage, too, growing 17 different olive varieties. We take pride in our family built operation that assures same-day harvest and milling at peak ripeness to capture the fresh fruity flavors of our authentic extra virgin olive oil. As a top grower our olive oil quality and authenticity is verified by the State of California Department of Food & Agriculture, and we're members of the internationally renowned Extra Virgin Alliance, too!

Ivan was our guide and he did a spectacular job. VERY knowledgeable as well as personable . Now know so much more about the olives themselves as well as processing. Very glad we stopped!

While out in CA helping to clean up after the fires, I visited this store - it was awesome and their oils were so smooth and flavor-able... but what really caught my eye was the beautiful wood products they have made from fallen olive trees ----- I brought a bunch back to Kansas --- they are a great conversation piece (s)

I came by for a tasting and was impressed with the many options for oils. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful on the various oils - my favorite was the orange mandarin oil. But the best part was the jalapeño and garlic stuffed olives. Crazy delicious! I couldn't resist and got blue cheese stuffed olives as well. I'll be back next time I visit this part of California.
