Here at Page Springs Cellars, we primarily work with Syrah, Petite Sirah, Grenache and Mourvedre. Additionally, we dabble with other red grapes such as Cabernet Pfeffer, Counoise, and Cinsault. Our white grape loves include Viognier, Rousanne and Marsanne. While you may occasionally see us blending with Cabernet Franc, Barbera or Sangiovese—the flavorful grapes of the Rhone will always be our focus.Using our online itinerary creator, Cornville attractions like Page Springs Cellars can form part of a personalized travel itinerary.
We like to keep an open mind about winemaking. While a good deal of what we do could be considered traditional (selective picking and sorting, small open-top fermentations, hand punch downs), there are times when the judicious use of technology can markedly improve a wine. We generally do not fine or filter, but there are occasions when a rough filtration brightens fruit or removes rough, gritty characters. In short, we always make the best wine we can. We have a wine centered philosophy. The market is not driving our winemaking, quality is.

I have been to many Arizona tasting rooms but had never been to an actual vineyard. Hidden away, in a relatively untraveled road, lays an old structure that looks like a farmhouse. The parking lot is gravel and it isn't luxurious by any means. But once you step inside, sit on the deck, grab a glass of wine and soak in the views the place is amazing.
I Have been here a few times, the brick fired pizza is amazing. Our Server this time around was Aaron; and we were so impressed. He was so friendly and outgoing and knew his stuff. Next time we will look for him. We sat on the deck and had an amazing view of the vineyards while we sampled two flights of wine. The wine is delicious but the ambiance takes the cake. We make the vineyard a mandatory part of our trips to Sedona.
