Corona Del Mar is a great area of Newport Beach. If you are not an ocean swimmer and/or your kids are not web footed, this is the safe beach to visit. As a boy, I went to this beach with my Midwest cousins. Mom knew best. She could, lounge on grass and the kids that actually couldn’t swim, would be safe. As for this expert swimmer, I found the place a little like a park. I just could not get into trouble at this beach. If beaches seem a little to wild for you, visit Little Corona. It offers a beautiful setting and, likely, you will have a safe experience.

This is a truly fantabulous beach and it's the perfect place for spending time with friends or family. There's so much about this beach that makes it almost legendary. It has a small cliff you can climb to see the tidepools and even though it's kind of strenuous, for what it's worth, you'll definitely be pleased once you reach the other side. If you're lucky, you'll also be able to see sea critters such as sea anemone, clams, crabs, and starfish in the tidepools. Later on in the noon, Corona Del Mar has a beautiful sunset and the best view is probably on the small cliff mentioned earlier. Fo' sho' it's the bomb and something out of this world. The experience will have you coming again and again. Most of the time it's not even crowded, which makes the beach an even more relaxing place. At night, if you're willing to stay a little longer, the stars shine beautifully, like bling bling, and you can even just lay on the sand and enjoy the night as you make constellations. Meh experience here was one of the best moments I spent with my family and I hope it's the same for anyone else who would like to go here.
