Our projects involve making improvements to the neighborhood in the way of donations and clean ups. Our past projects include:

- "Bring Back the Boarwalk" campaign in 1991 that raised money for the first phase of building what is now a 1-mile-long beachfront sidewalk called the "Corpus Christi Beachwalk." Phase 3 was completed in 2012.

- Dolphin Park - NBCA officially renamed the area on the north end of the beach "Dolphin Park," secured funding from Kaboom and Rebuild Texas for playground equipment, encouraged the city to use parks enrichment funding to buy concrete dolphin sculptures, and have adopted the park through the City of CC's Adopt-A-Park program for the past several years.

  • The beach was packed with people today, all swimming in the water. It was fairly windy along with decent size waves crashing on to the shore. Perhaps this kept the jellyfish away as I didn't see...

  • Stayed a Villa Del Sol. The private entrance was really cool. The beach %was nice. Mostly all of the sea shells were just broken pieces and there was a lot of dried up sea weed all over. Could've have been better taken care of. The entire area around the beach, the Lexington and the aquarium need to be cleaned up. Also, I bet it will be a nicer place once the road construction is finished.
  • We came on a weekday and it was relatively open. Not many people were around. There are showers to rinse off once you're ready to head out. What a wonderful experience.
