  • Very nice place for a leisurely day trip!! Several shops to explore with an excellent variety of merchandise, fantastic ice cream counter (😁) which also has many food items available to purchase, adequate close parking, and pleasant, cozy, village atmosphere for leisurely walking and shopping. Warehouse restaurant a good place for lunch or dinner. AND particularly nice are the folks/store owners in the shops! Without a doubt, they are some of the nicest and most friendly people my husband and I have ever met!!! So down to earth, welcoming, friendly - you felt like you had known them for years! 😊 Definitely a place where everyone should visit!!
  • Lovely little historical village, with tours available through some of the historical buildings, and rides on a canal boat, so you can get a feeling of what life was like here in the early 1800's. Roscoe Village also has many quaint little shops (including a candy store with every kind of candy you can think of, and some you haven't!) and a truly marvelous museum. All the shop proprietors are friendly, and some of the shops set out water bowls for visiting pets. Also, don't forget to pick up a jar or two (or three or four) of apple butter!
