  • This was one of the best family trips we have taken. The staff was friendly and so helpful. We met the owner and he was so down to earth and genuine he has a heart for animals and it shows in the care they take for these animals. The children were able to feed different animals. There favorite was the lemur and ram goats. It was a one of a kind hands on experience. We talked about how much fun we had the whole trip back. We will definitely be back for the Christmas festival✨
  • This is one of the top things to do in the area for kids! A bit outside of Charleston, but definitely worth the trip! The country roads drive is beautiful-about an hour from downtown. There is ample parking, and great customer service! We didn’t buy tickets in advance online (you can), but didn’t wait more than two minutes to pay admission at the door. Food for the animals is extra, but a must! $10 gets a package sufficient enough to feed all the animals. Our favorites were the alpacas and the kangaroos. But it’s hard to choose when they’re all so cute and fun to interact with. The birds will land on your head! All of the animals will let you pet them. You can hold a live baby alligator. There is an enclosure with tons of bunnies. You can’t go wrong-something for everyone. This is by far our new favorite place, and we’ll definitely be back again!
