Peaceful, when you want to get away from it all.
I know a lot of people have been dying to get in here...I must say...the place is quite heavenly. My grandfather is buried here in block 17 where he has quietly occupied lot 0221 since 1960. On the plus side, the rent has not increased in many years, but the view leaves something to be desired.
