McCall Wines is a family run winery on Long Island's North Fork. We make low yield, quailty driven, estate grown wines from our Pinot Noir and Merlot vineyards. You can find us in a handful of New York's finest restaurants or at our tasting room in Cutchogue.

In 1996 Russell McCall planted three clones each of cool climate Pinot Noir and Merlot. Since, the McCall family has been growing and selling our grapes to local winemakers. Our grapes have been used in Channing Daughters 2006 Rosato, and Kurt Eckart's 'Cru' in 2004, among others.

We planted knowing we were going to sell our crops until the time was right to make a very special wine. We weren't interested in putting our name on a bottle unless it was great. 2007 became our debut vintage.

In 2007 we made our first wines and since we've been marketing to a limited number of upscale restaurants and retailers in New York City and on the North Fork.

  • Would definitely recommend going here. The tasting room is in an old barn that has been restored. The owners were there and were fun to talk to.  more »

  • Secluded backyard, very serene. Winery is an old barn. Many selections of Pinot Noir. The wines here were good, but not a favorite.
  • Merlot made me like Merlot again. Reds are soft and smooth, nice body. French style
