Every one of the staff was always smiling, friendly, and offering to help. The hotel room was the cleanest I have ever seen and the view was awesome. The bed was comfortable and room service excellent. The only down side was the tight slot machines. When you are betting like $2.50 and you "win" 10 cents - well that is not a win at all. To be fair I went down several times and explored different machines and strategies. Nothing worked. However, it was overall a very positive experience. You can't have it all - all of the time.

We were here for the week of their grand opening and have been back quite a few times. Overall, it’s a very pleasant place and very, very clean for a smoking casino. The waitresses are very attentive while you are playing and the staff kept the machines thoroughly wiped down, especially during Covid. They no longer have a Buffet, but have replaced it with a nice place to order from a menu. Food is good. The rooms are very colorful, red with roses, and very clean. We have stayed in the rooms a total of seven times and have never had to complain about anything involving cleanliness or noises or disturbances. We are very happy with the rooms and always enjoy our overnight stays. They have a nice and pleasantly arranged assortment of gaming machines and tables and the slots, although not as loose as the neighboring casinos, they do allow you to play a while on the money you bring. They have a cute little goofy golf involving a volcano outside which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. I did give a five star for this casino, based mainly on the overall cleanliness of the rooms and casino.
