Wolf Mountain Vineyards & Winery Reviews
Arrived for wine tasting based on reviews. The view is phenomenal and cannot be beat. The wine tasting was quite pricy $20 or $30 and there was no glass included for that price. The host appeared..... more »

This was a spontaneous visit - a fall Saturday with a couple who had been to Wolf Mountain Vineyards before. Since we had never visited we were happy to go. What a beautiful place! The views from the dining room/outdoor area are stunning. We stayed for lunch, and the three others in our group tried two bottles of wine, which they enjoyed. The salad I ordered was very average. It basically seemed like a bag of mixed greens were dumped on a plate (some of the greens were wilted, so I had to pick them out) and cranberries/pumpkin seeds were sprinkled throughout. You can choose salmon or chicken to go with it. I love salmon, but don't make my mistake - order the chicken instead. I asked the server if the salmon was fishy and she said no, but it was extremely fishy and I didn't eat it. The salad selection could easily be improved with high quality greens and better salmon. I will say that everyone else had great food - one ordered a flat bread pizza and two ordered brisket sandwiches.
Great atmosphere and location. On the side of a hill overlooking the vineyards. Food was delicious. I had a toasted club paired with an Rosa. I’ll have to say the best club I’ve had, butter toasted with a Granny Smith coleslaw. We went for our 38th Anniversary but will be back. Worth the trip. Best to make reservations, eat in the cafe and if you can also do wine tasting if that’s your wheelhouse! Loved it
