  • East and West courses. East a little tighter. Played the West today. Good condition. Affordable. Convenient location to DFW airport.  more »

  • I have been playing Bear Creek for over 15 years. When Arcis took over the course and started clearing out over 700 trees, I was very upset . I felt it would take all of the character out of the course. I must say, I am eating my words because this golf course is now much more playable and it is also in the best condition I have ever experienced over the years. The new sand traps on the West course are incredible! I hope they do the same for the East course. Their greens keeper deserves a " Way To Go". UPDATE 07/16/2018: I'm not sure what happened but the East course Bunker's are a total disaster and unplayable. I asked management when they were going to be fixed and they told me that they couldn't give me an answer at this time. Therefore I have changed my review from five stars to two stars because the course is not being properly maintained. Even though the sand traps on the West course we're redone a couple years ago, they are compacted and and not much better.
  • Course was getting a lot of play, greens were just sanded on the east course and were hard to navigate. Course is challenging for weekend players, which is good! Course maintenance was busy working around customers and caused some slow down. Very busy, lots of players but were able to play in just over 4hours.
