It's bigger, better, faster and more beautiful than ever. With over 1,000,000 square feet of exhibit space, 724,526 square feet of prime contiguous space -including a 203,000-square-foot singular column-free exhibit hall, the largest in the world-a 9,816-seat arena, a 1,750-seat theater, a pair of ballrooms and the world's largest vertiport. And now, the first wireless convention center in the world is also one of the fastest, with a state-of-the-art Cisco-Certified system available anywhere in the facility, form the large exhibit spaces to any of the 96 meeting rooms. Plus, it's easy to access all that space and technology with 75 truck berths. The DCC is as beautiful as it is practical, too. Outside, Pioneer Plaza, the largest bronze sculpture in the world, recreates a Texas cattle drive, with 40 longhorns and 3 cowboys. Inside, there's "The Light Wave," located in the new A/B Lobby Concourse and beautiful Terrazzo flooring. It couldn't be easier to arrange your visit to Dallas Convention Center and many more Dallas attractions: make an itinerary online using Inspirock's Dallas trip planning site.
Dallas Convention Center Reviews
We come every year to the DSC Convention, which is very well run thanks to the volunteers. The convention center offers some pretty basic, mediocre food choices like lukewarm BBQue and boring... more »

I enjoyed attending the Kay Bailey Convention Center for the National Cheerleading Competition. It's was an amazing experience to have attended this event. Watching the craft of these wonderful, focus and determined young girls were so inspiring. They worked long and hard hours crafting their perfection hoping to win. This was a sight to see. The Kay Bailey Convention Center was the right place to have this event. It's huge, there was more than enough space for the practice and the competition I can say there's not to many restaurants or bars in the convention center. You would need to pack a lunch and snacks, the restaurants are near by but the traffic can be very congested and very frustrated. I recommend you to pack a lunch, so you wont have to leave and return. As far as parking it can be very pricey such as $10-$25 per night or you can park on the street where the meters are FREE after 6pm on the weekend. The Kay Bailey Convention Center was an excellent place to have an event this large. Kudos to Kay Bailey Convention Center......
Nice place.. Auto show was good. Missed BMW stall. Lexus stall was good. Bentley, Jaguar, LR, Audi and Mercedes were also there. There were also some bikes as well. What was missing was newest model, concept cars, high end sports cars VR games, virtual driving experience and lot more things that is there in Detroit auto show. Dallas auto show is far behind.
