Some interesting and varied exhibits on two floors and well worth a visit. Its free to look around but deserves a donation. Close to Klyde Warren park for a bite to eat from the trucks.

This is one of the nicest art museums that I have been to! For it to be free, I was so impressed. The exhibits were nicely displayed and descriptive. I especially appreciated the flow of the exhibits on multiple floors. You can easily park off street and pay at the metered parking (very minimal costs $2 or $3 for 2 hours). I would plan for 3 hours if you are like me, and like to take your time reading the displays!

Beautiful Museum filled with art from all over the world. I am absolutely in love with all the art. The staff is so wonderful and helpful. Here’s a few things you should know. You are allowed to carry a backpack, BUT you have to carry it by hand, you cannot put it on your back. You are allowed to take pictures, but I think flash photography isn’t encouraged (I am not one hundred percent sure about this). ADMISSION IS FREE. That’s the best part in my opinion 😁. I absolutely loved going to this museum. I went in a field trip with my class to see the Octavio Medellin exhibition. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it.
