  • Incredible collection of Spainish masters, neither of us are fans of Abstract art, but we found it interesting and learned much about the historical perspective.

  • Great museum, two stories with four different areas of art. They have a Picasso, and a Salvador Dali.

  • Visited the Meadows Museum on the the SMU campus in Dallas, Texas recently. This has been on my list to do for quite awhile. Although I didn't get to see all of the museum, I did visit the gallery which housed Medieval & Early Renaissance Spain: Treasures from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. This is a long term loan from the Museum of Fine Arts. The artwork is Absolutely breathtaking. I also loved the artwork in front of the entrance to the museum which includes "Sho" a modernist 13 foot tall sculpture among others. Looking forward to returning and enjoying all of the fabulous masterpieces in this museum. 👍
  • I love this museum. They have an awesome selection at their permanent exhibition. If you want to learn about Spanish art this is the perfect place. I’m not only speaking about the pieces of art, I think the building and the interior of the museum are incredible and historical. The pieces of art, have Sorolla, Piccasso, Zuloaga, and one price by Diego Rivera (Mexican artist). And a couple of pieces by Emilio Sánchez Perrier that were so so awesome, I don't remember seeing something like that in Texas' museums.
