The Honey Bee Haven is a unique outdoor museum where visitors can observe and learn about bees, other insects, and the plants that support them. The half-acre garden was planted in the fall of 2009 and is open year-around from dawn to dusk. Admission and parking are free. Guided tours, which take 45 to 60 minutes, are scheduled from mid-March to September for a $5 per person fee with a minimum of 5 people. Tours must be reserved in advance. The purpose of this Facebook page is to share news and information about the Honey Bee Haven and pollinator gardening in general. For a safe, enjoyable visit please stay on the garden paths, do not eat any of the crops or remove anything from the garden, and keep all dogs on leash.
