Great place for recreational activities with a strong sense of adventure. This place represents the exact flavor of Florida with exotic jungles, mangrove canopy and a lot of water around.

Wonderful park with free Ferry boat ride over to the nature trails. In the middle of all the tourists you are alone on an island. Many picnic tables for snacks or lunches. Restrooms and water bottle filling station. Good excursion for the day and come back to splash in the splash pad and playground.

What a beautiful way to spend a couple of hours, next to the water and surrounded by nature. Walk the Mangrove Trail, Coquina Trail, look out over the Intracoastal from the Observation Deck and watch for butterflies in the Butterfly Garden. You may even spy a manatee! The boat shuttle is free from Sullivan Park on Saturdays and Sundays. Awesome!
