Guided Tour Options:

MANSION TOUR: A guided tour through 3 floors and the basement of the 1879 mansion. Offered Tuesday - Saturday at 1pm & 3pm and Sunday at 1pm, 2pm, & 3pm.

HIGHLIGHTS TOUR: First floor of both the Ellwood-Nehring House and the mansion. Offered Friday and Saturday at 2pm.

VISITOR CENTER EXHIBITS: Free and open to the public 12:30pm to 4:30pm daily except Monday.

  We went on a cool, but sunny, autumn afternoon and loved it. The grounds were still lovely, even in fall, but the mansion was incredible! It was definitely worth the price of the tour ($8 each) to see...  more »

  this is worth seeing..the style both inside and out is unusual for the time and the guides really know the history even down to the odd little details like the double spiral staircase being ceilinged ...  more »

  Ellwood house museum and park put on a summer concert series, in which I attended the last one Wednesday evening. The theme was jazz and very entertaining. They also had food/drinks for purchase. Also didn't mind bringing your own.
